摘要
以特晚熟龙眼‘立冬本’和晚熟良种‘苗翘’的正、反交F1代13个优良株系为试材,利用SSR标记鉴定杂种真实性。结果表明:4对引物中有3对引物具多态性,占比为75%,每个品种都有1对以上SSR引物可将其父本、母本和F1代区分开;依据SSR带型特征,共鉴定出真杂种12个,SSR分子标记技术用于龙眼杂交种真实性鉴定是可靠的。该研究结果为龙眼杂种优良株系的选育及应用提供依据。
The hybrid authenticity of 13 offsprings from the reciprocal cross between Lidongben(a extremely late maturing longan variety) and Miaoqiao(a late maturing longan variety) was detected using SSR markers. The results showed that 3 pairs of primers that generated polymorphic bands in parental lines were selected from 4 pairs of litchi EST-SSR, the percentage of polymorphic bands was 75%. There was more than one pair of SSR primers could distinguish their male parent, female parent and F1 generation for each hybrid. Based on SSR banding characteristics, 12 true hybrids were identified, it means that SSR marker for the authenticity of longan hybrids identification is reliable. The results provide the basis for the breeding and application of longan fine hybrids offsprings.
