摘要
本文主要介绍我国余甘子良种的产地、成熟期等基本情况;并以5个不同品种余甘子果实为试材,测定其蔗糖、还原糖、总糖等指标含量。结果表明,余甘子果实含糖量较低,不同品种还原糖含量差异不显著,蔗糖、总糖含量差异显著。
This paper mainly intro duces the basic quality of the cultivated cultivars of Phyllanthus embllica, provide theoretical reference for the Phyllanthus embllica fruit production. and for more than five different cultivars of fruits of the basic material,determination of Phyllanthus embllica cane sugar, reducing sugar, total sugar content of indicators, such as the results show that the Phyllanthus embllica fruit sugar content is low, no significant differences between different cultivars of reducing sugar content. cane sugar and total sugar content is significant difference. By comparing and analyzing the differences of sugar content in different cultivars,that hope to lay a foundation for the analysis of carbohydrate composition and the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism.
