3个毛叶枣品种的果皮色泽差异研究 被引量:3

摘要 以‘脆蜜’、‘高朗1号’和‘桃蜜’等3个毛叶枣品种为试材,对七成熟、九成熟和完熟等成熟度果皮的色泽指标进行测定,分析品种间的差异性。完熟时,‘高朗1号’果皮色差参数L*和H°值最低,a*和b*值最高,即果皮明亮度和综合色度最低、果皮色泽的红黄成分最高,绿色成分最低;‘脆蜜’和‘高朗1号’的果皮色泽无显著性差异、相似度大;‘桃蜜’的综合色度最高、果皮色泽最青。 In this paper, we used three Indian jujube varieties including ‘Cuimi’, ‘Gaolang No.1’ and ‘Taomi’ as materials to determine color index of fruit skin at the seventh, ninth and full maturity grades and analyze the color difference among varieties. When full maturity grade, color parameter L value and H value of ‘Gaolang No.1’ were lowest while a value and b value were highest. It indicated that brightness and comprehensive chromaticity were lowest, red and yellow color content were highest, green color content was lowest. There was no color difference between ‘ Cuimi’ and ‘ Gaolang No.1’ and they were mostly similar. Comprehensive chromaticity of ‘Taomi’ was highest and green color content was highest.
