进入新世纪以来,尤其是2008年世界金融经济危机以来,各类社会思潮在世界范围内此起彼伏,从新自由主义主导的全球化的长驱直入,到贸易保护主义泛起而来的逆全球化思潮迭现,从奉行第三条道路的社会民主主义式微到欧美极左极右式民粹主义的蜂拥而至,从利己出发的极端民族主义到引发全球性恐怖主义猖獗的宗教极端主义。形形色色、代表多种利益诉求并进而赋予多重多样政治目的的社会思潮,以多元性、并生性、极端性、综合性、无边界性、难预判性、难掌控性影响着世界进程,成为左右当今国际政治的重要显性力量。

Since the beginning of the new century, especially after the global financial and economic crisis in 2008, various social thoughts have arisen one after another in the world, changing from the prevalent globalization led by neo-liberalism to the de-globalization due to a surge of trade protectionism, from the weakening social democracy that pursues the third path to the prospering populism of the extreme left and right in the US and Europe, and from the selfish extreme nationalism to the religious extremism that has triggered global terrorism. These trends of social thoughts, which represent multiple claims of interests and are further imbued with various political purposes, affect the progress of the world with the characteristics of diversity, synergism, extremeness, comprehensiveness, borderlessness, unpredictability and weak controllability, and are becoming the dominant power of international politics today,
