“命运共同体”的话语体系建构——概念再造、语境重置与方式转换

The Discourse System for the "Community of Shared Destiny"——Concept Re-making, Context Reconstruction and Mode Conversion

作为我国向国际社会输出的新话语内容的"命运共同体",是从"共同体"这一概念延伸出来的对外话语体系新概念,目的是"在概念意义上重构一种新的游戏规则"。我国通过"语境重置",以"和合"为思想传承,以"新世界主义"为理论构想,将"命运共同体"置于顺应全球化发展的语境之中,将西方国家所持有的"中国威胁"的认知偏见转变为"合作共赢"的认同理念。在其建构过程中,话语的表达方式由"政策宣传"转换为"讲述故事",采取"从他者出发"的跨文化态度以促成跨文化认同的实现,对外话语由此进入"新表述"时期。

As the new discourse content exported by China to the world, the ＂community of shared destiny＂ is a new concept of tile external discourse system extended ti＇om the concept of ＂community＂. The purpose is to ＂reconstruct a new game rule in a conceptual sense.＂ Through the ＂reconstruction of context＂ and the traditional ＂harmony＂ thought, China has adopted ＂neo- cosmism＂ as a theoretical vision, and put the ＂community of shared destiny＂ in the context of adapting to globalization, turning the ＂China threat＂ bias held hy the Western countries into recognition of the ＂win-win cooperation＂. In the process of the discourse construction, its communication mode has changed from ＂propaganda＂ to ＂story-telling＂ with a ＂think like others＂ attitude for realizing cross-cultural identity, so that the external discourse enters the ＂new expression＂ period.
