抗菌肽抗原虫作用研究进展

摘要 抗菌肽是机体抵抗外来病原入侵而产生的一类具有生物活性的多肽物质,是机体先天性免疫系统的重要组成部分,具有广谱的抗细菌、抗真菌、抗病毒、抗寄生虫以及抗肿瘤的生物学活性。原虫为单细胞真核生物,致病性原虫对人类健康和畜牧业生产造成了严重危害。研究证实抗菌肽可抑制原虫的生长发育甚至杀死原虫。本文对抗原虫作用的抗菌肽种类、作用机制与应用前景等方面进行综述,为研制新型广谱抗原虫病药物提供理论基础。 Antimicrobial peptides are a kind of bioactive peptide substance produced by innate immune system of hosts in response to invading pathogens, which is an important component of the innate immune system. They have broad-spectrum activity against many pathogens (antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, antiparasitic and antitumor). Protozoa are single-cell eukaryotes, pathogenic protozoa can cause serious harm on human health and animal husbandry production. Studies have shown that antimicrobial peptides can inhibit the growth and development of protozoa and even kill protozoa. In this paper, the types, mechanism and application prospect of antimicrobial peptides were reviewed in order to provide the theoretical basis for the development of new broad-spectrum antiprotozoa drugs.
