中低位直肠癌新辅助治疗临床抉择实例分析

A case report of choosing neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for middle and low rectal cancer

目的探讨中低位直肠癌新辅助治疗抉择。方法通过一例典型病例每步治疗选择分析,讨论、阐述最新治疗理念。结果该病例每步治疗抉择均进行了充分的论证,使患者在治疗中受益,最终获得良好的治疗效果。结论中低位直肠癌新辅助放化疗治疗效果已逐步得到临床证实和认可,而如何根据患者情况选择最佳治疗策略仍需要进行更多大样本的临床研究。

Objective To study the choice of treatment for middle and low rectal cancer. Methods We analyzed in detail the choice of treatment in a typical case of low rectal cancer, in order to discuss and summarize the latest management principle. Results Each treatment choice for this case was based on extensive and comprehensive evidence, through which the patient benefited extensively and had demonstrated satisfactory treatment outcome. Conclusion The effectiveness of neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy for middle and low rectal cancer has been demonstrated. However, benefit of individualized optimal treatment choice still requires large clinical trials.
