摘要
以煅烧处理后不同粒径的造纸白泥废料为合成填料,不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)为黏结剂,采用常温固化成型工艺合成一种低成本、高性能的人造石装饰材料。以白泥废料、固化剂、促进剂和润湿剂为水平因子,人造石弯曲强度为试验指标进行正交试验设计,并对试验结果进行验证分析和讨论。结果表明:白泥能有效阻止人造石断面裂纹的扩展,对人造石弯曲强度、抗折强度和表面质量显著性影响较大。最佳成型工艺参数为:白泥用量200份;润湿剂用量0.25份;促进剂用量1份;固化剂用量3份。
An artificial stone decoration material with low cost and high performance was synthesized by using the unsaturated polyester resin(UPR) as bonding agent, and the calcined white mud from papermaking with different particle size as the filler. With white mud waste, curing agent, accelerant and wetting agent as the level factor, the bending strength of artificial stone is designed as the test index, and the test results are verified and discussed. The results show that white mud can effectively prevent the expansion of artificial stone section cracks, and has great influence on the bending strength, bending strength and surface quality of artificial stone. The best molding process parameters combination as following: the content of white mud is 200 phr, the wetting agent is 0.25 phr, the promoter is 1 phr, and the curing agent is 3 phr.
