摘要
为了探究塑料袋在盛放不同性质和不同温度的食品时,塑化剂向食品中的迁移情况,以GB/T 21911—2008《食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》为主要参考依据,建立了14种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析方法。采用液液萃取和弗罗里硅土固相萃取柱净化的方法对样品进行前处理,然后用GC-MS测定,采用外标法定量。结果表明:在一定质量浓度范围内,标准溶液质量浓度和峰面积之间具有良好的线性关系(R^2〉0.997 9),加标回收率在81.00%~108.17%之间;信噪比取3时,最低检出限小于0.015 mg/L,相对标准偏差在2.5%以内;塑化剂的迁移量随着温度的提高呈上升趋势,且其在油中的迁移量明显高于在水中。该方法灵敏度高,准确可靠,能够用于检测食品模拟液中塑化剂的迁移量。
In order to explore the plasticizers in plastic bags moving to foods under different conditions according to the method of GB/T 21911— 2008, a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method was established for the analysis of 14 phthalate esters. The samples were pretreated by liquid-liquid extraction and florisil silica solid-phase extraction and then determined by GC-MS. The concentration of each phthalate were calculated by the external standard method. The experimental results show that there exist good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area in the standard solution concentration range(R^20.997 9). The recoveries were between 81.00% and 108.17%. When the signal-to-noise ratio is 3, the minimum detection limit is less than 0.015 mg/L. The relative standard deviation is within 2.5%. The experimental results show that the method is highly sensitive, accurate and reliable. The method can be used to detect the amount of plasticizer migration in food simulating fluids. Six kinds of plasticizer ingredients such as dimethyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate, diamyl phthalate, and diisononyl phthalate were detected in food simulative fluids, but no diethyl phthalate was detected in food simulative fluids. The migration of plasticizer showed an increasing trend with the increase of temperature, and its migration in oil was significantly higher than that in water. From the experimental results there exist a certain health risk to storage foods such as rice and dishes using ordinary plastic bags.
