摘要
采用浸泡法和超声波法制备塑料给水管材树脂的浸出液,并用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定其重金属锑含量。建立了塑料给水管材重金属锑的检测方法,分析了塑料给水管材重金属锑的来源以及国内外标准的限值要求,初步分析并评估了塑料给水管材中重金属锑的安全风险。
The leaching solution of resin in plastic water supply pipe was prepared by immersion method and ultrasonic method, and the content of heavy metal antimony was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES). The detection method of heavy metal antimony in plastic water supply pipe is set up, the source of heavy metal antimony in plastic water supply pipe and the limit requirement at home and abroad are analyzed. The preliminary analysis and evaluation of the safety risk of heavy metal antimony in plastic water supply pipe are discussed.
