摘要
随着从传统师范教育到教师教育转型的成功实现,地方师范大学进入了跨越发展的新时代。地方师范大学需要以自身的"大学性""师范性""地方性"三大属性为逻辑起点,紧扣新机遇与新挑战,以一流学科、一流学生、一流服务为核心使命进行学校战略发展的整体设计与制度安排。而加强教师教育学科群建设,夯实教师教育的学术品性;构建一体化核心素养培育模式,增进教师教育的师范内涵;优化顶天立地网格状服务体系,彰显教师教育的区域风格则为教师教育的特色彰显提供了有效治理的实现路径。
With the successful transformation from the traditional normal education to the teacher education,the local normal university has entered a new era of leaping development. Local normal university should link to new opportunities and new challenges closely, make strategic overall design and system arrangement for school,take three own attributes of "University" "normal" "local" as the logical starting point, take the first-class disciplines, first-class students, first-class service as the core mission. These aspects can provide a realization path to effective governance for feature display of teacher education. Strengthen the construction of education disciplines, and reinforce academic character of teacher education; construct cultivation model of integrated core literacy, and promote the normal connotation of teacher education; optimize the fine grid service system, and highlight the regional style of teacher education.
