The Changes of Degree System in the New Era——On the perspective of transitional development of Chinese universities

高校转型发展引致学位制度变迁,学位制度变迁影响高校转型发展,二者存在此兴彼荣的关系。变迁中的学位制度将影响高校的人才培养、管理模式、发展定位和人们对职业教育的看法;在高校转型发展的背景下,必须重新审视学位制度的本质、认识学位制度的功能、确定学位类型和学位授予标准以及开辟新的学位获取通道。新的学位制度变迁将呈现学术型与职业型相互补充、标准化与多元化有机融合、规范性与灵活性合理运用、国际化与本土化高度结合等特点。

The transitional development of universities results in the changes of degree system, and the change of degree system boosts the transitional development of universities. The changes of degree system will influence the cultivation of talents, management mode, development orientation and views on the vocational education. In the context of transitional development, it is necessary to reconsider the essence and function of the degree, to determine the degree type and degree awarding standard, and to open a new way to obtain the degree.These changes of degree system will show characteristics as follows, mutual complement between academy and profession, organic integration of standardization and diversification, rational use of standardization and flexibility,high integration of internationalization and localization.
