海绵城市建设是新时代治理"城市看海"等突出环境问题的有力抓手。武汉市海绵城市建设取得了阶段性成效,但也需要解决不少突出问题。为此,要从理想目标、理念原则、根本保障、内部结构、建设途径、制度机制、评估反馈等多层面明确武汉市海绵城市建设的系统架构,并从理念、规划、统筹、体制机制、投入、科技、宣传等多角度探索武汉市海绵城市建设的创新路径。

The construction of sponge city is a powerful way to control the environmental problems of the new era.
