软坚利水方治疗肝硬变腹胀37例

Thirty-Seven Cases of Abdominal Distension due to Cirrhosis of Liver Treated with Ruanjian Lishui Decoction

目的:观察软坚利水方治疗肝硬变腹胀的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各37例。对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙比利分散片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用软坚利水方。观察两组患者的临床疗效及症状积分变化情况,检测两组患者治疗前后肝功能及胃动素水平。结果:对照组有效率为64.9%,治疗组有效率为86.5%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后肝功能及胃动素水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:软坚利水方治疗肝硬变腹胀疗效显著,可显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Ruanjian Lishui Decoction（RJLSD） on abdominal distension due to cirrhosis of liver.Methods：Seventy-four patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 37 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given Mosa Billy Citrate Dispersible Tablets for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were treated with RJLSD based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups＇ clinical effects and the change of symptom score were observed,and the liver function and motilin level were detected before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results：The effective rate in the control group was 64.9%,and that in the treatment group was86.5%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the level of liver function and motilin in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：RJLSD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on abdominal distension due to cirrhosis of liver,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
