“四位一体疗法”治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

The Clinical Research into Chronic Renal Failure Treated with "Quaternity Therapy"

目的:观察"四位一体疗法"治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(Chronic Renal Failure,CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将80例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗及护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予"四位一体疗法",包括汤药口服、保留灌肠、穴位敷贴和静脉给药。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分变化情况。检测两组患者治疗前后血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)水平,计算肾小球滤过率(glomerular filtration rate,GFR)。结果:对照组有效率为77.5%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后临床症状积分及BUN、Scr、GFR水平均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:"四位一体疗法"治疗慢性肾功能衰竭可以显著改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床症状,减缓肾功能衰退速度,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ＂ quaternity therapy＂ on chronic renal failure.Methods：Eighty patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added ＂ quaternity therapy＂ based on the treatment of the control group,including decoction for oral administration,retention enema,acupoint application and intravenous administration.The clinical curative effect of the two groups and the changes of the clinical symptom score before and after the treatment were compared.The levels of blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and serum creatinine（Scr） in the two groups before and after treatment were detected,and the glomerular filtration rate（GFR） was calculated.Results：The effective rate in the control group was 77.5%,while that in the treatment group was 90%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and BUN,Scr and GFR in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：＂ Quaternity therapy＂ has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic renal failure,can improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms,slow down the decline of renal function and improve the quality of life of the patients.
