角调式音乐结合中药治疗肝气郁结型恶性肿瘤抑郁症30例

Thirty Cases of Malignant Tumor Depression with Stagnation of Liver-qi Treated with Jiao-note Music in Combination with Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的:观察角调式音乐结合中药治疗肝气郁结型恶性肿瘤抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选择就诊于防城港市中医医院的60例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。治疗组采取角调式音乐结合中药治疗,对照组行西药氟西汀治疗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,观察两组患者治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和KPS评分。结果:治疗1个月后治疗组有效率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2个月后治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后HAMD评分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后KPS评分高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:角调式音乐结合中药治疗肝气郁结型恶性肿瘤抑郁症取得较为满意的疗效,可改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiao-note music on malignant tumor depression with stagnation of liver-qi.Methods：Sixty patients with malignant tumor depression with stagnation of liver-qi who were treated in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the treatment group were treated with Jiao-note music in combination with Chinese herbal medicine,while the ones in the control group were treated with fluoxetine.Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.The Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD） and the KPS score of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed.Results：After one month＇s treatment,the difference in the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After two months＇ treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the scores of HAMD in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The scores of KPS in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jiao-note music in combination with Chinese herbal medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on malignant tumor depression with stagnation of liver-qi,can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and improve their quality of life.
