穴位贴敷治疗缓解期支气管哮喘50例

Fifty Cases of Bronchial Asthma in Remission Stage Treated with Acupoint Application

目的:观察穴位贴敷治疗缓解期支气管哮喘的临床疗效,探讨冬病夏治防治缓解期支气管哮喘的机理及对患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平的影响。方法:将100例支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予冬病夏治中药穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,检测两组患者治疗前后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)水平,观察两组患者哮喘发作次数及治疗前后6分钟步行距离。结果:治疗组有效率为90.0%。对照组有效率为74.0%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞水平低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后6分钟步行距离多于治疗前,且治疗组多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后IL-6及TNF-α水平改善情况优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冬病夏治中药穴位贴敷疗法可抑制嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,促进支气管哮喘气道炎症的消退,缓解临床症状。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application on bronchial asthma in remission stage.Methods：One hundred patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine treatment,and the ones in the treatment group were treated with TCM acupoint application according to winter disease treated in summer based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.The levels of eosinophils in peripheral blood,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6） in the two groups before and after the treatment were detected.The number of asthma attacks and6 minutes＇ walking distance before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,while that of the control group was 74%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of eosinophil in the peripheral blood of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Two groups＇ 6 minutes＇ walking distances were more than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,the levels of IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the two groups were better than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The acupoint application therapy of TCM summer treatment of winter disease can inhibit eosinophil infiltration,promote the decline of airway inflammation of bronchial asthma and relieve clinical symptoms.
