隔姜灸与针刺干预阳虚体质临床研究

The Clinical Study of Ginger-Partition Moxibustion and Acupuncture on Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:观察隔姜灸与针刺对阳虚体质的干预效果。方法:选取本医院康复科门诊2016年9月至2017年3月诊治的阳虚体质患者60例,年龄18~65岁,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例。干预组给予隔姜灸干预,对照组给予针刺干预。结果:两组干预后阳虚质积分都明显降低,与干预前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预后两组阳虚质积分组间比较,干预组优于对照组,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组有效率83.3%,对照组有效率60.0%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔姜灸与针刺都能改善阳虚体质,但隔姜灸改善阳虚体质的效果更佳。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of ginger-partition moxibustion and acupuncture on yang deficiency constitution.Methods：Sixty patients aged between 18 and 65 years old who were treated in our hospital＇s rehabilitation department between September 2016 and March 2017 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the intervention group were given the intervention of ginger-partition moxibustion,and the ones in the control group were given acupuncture intervention.Results：After the intervention,the two groups＇ yang deficiency score were significantly decreased,compared with before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the intervention,the difference in the two groups＇ yang deficiency score was statistically significant,and the intervention group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）.The effective rate of the intervention group was 83.3%,while that of the control group was 60%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Both ginger-partition moxibustion and acupuncture can improve yang deficiency constitution,but the efficacy of ginger-partition moxibustion is better than that of acupuncture.
