针刺联合醒翘汤治疗过敏性鼻炎65例

Sixty-Five Cases of Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Acupuncture in Combination with Xingqiao Decoction

目的:观察针刺联合醒翘汤治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院针灸科、耳鼻喉科门诊2015年1月至2016年11月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者130例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和中药组,每组65例。中药组给予醒翘汤口服治疗,联合组在中药组治疗的基础上给予针刺治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后鼻部症状评分、血清免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)、白细胞介素-4(interleukin,IL-4)、白细胞介素-12(interleukin,IL-12)水平,并比较两组临床疗效和复发率。结果:两组过敏性鼻炎患者鼻部症状积分治疗后均显著降低,且联合组优于中药组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后血清Ig E、IL-4、IL-12水平优于中药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组有效率93.85%,中药组有效率78.46%,联合组优于中药组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组复发率低于中药组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.600,P=0.032)。结论:针刺联合醒翘汤治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效确切,可有效缓解症状,减轻炎性反应,降低复发率。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in combination with Xingqiao Decoction（XQD） on allergic rhinitis.Methods：One hundred and thirty patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital＇s acupuncture and E.N.T.departments from January 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into the combined group and the TCM group,with 65 cases in each group.The ones in the TCM group were given XQD for oral administration,while the ones in the combined group were treated with acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the TCM group.The scores of nasal symptoms,serum immunoglobulin E（Ig E）,interleukin-4（IL-4） and interleukin-12（IL-12） levels in two groups before and after the treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results：The two groups＇ nasal symptom scores after the treatment were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,and the combination group was better than that of the TCM group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.After the treatment,the combined treatment group＇s serum Ig E,IL-4,IL-12 levels were better than those of the TCM group（P〈0.05）,and all the differences were statistically significant.The effective rate of the combined group was 93.85%,while that of the TCM group was 78.46%,the combination group was better than the TCM group（P〈0.05）.The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the TCM group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2= 4.600,P = 0.032）.Conclusion：Acupuncture in combination with XQD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on allergic rhinitis,can effectively alleviate the symptoms,reduce the inflammatory response,and reduce the recurrence rate.
