玫瑰糠疹患者血清IL-17、IL-35的表达及相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测外周血血清白介素-17(IL-17)和白介素-35(IL-35)在玫瑰糠疹患者中的表达水平。方法采用双夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测30例PR急性期患者、30例恢复期患者和30例健康体检者血清IL-17和IL-35的水平。结果玫瑰糠疹急性期、恢复期患者与正常对照组外周血IL-17浓度分别为(30.64±10.12)pg/mL,(19.18±4.37)pg/mL和(9.98±2.78)pg/mL。IL-35浓度分别为(117.15±12.56)pg/mL,(130.04±10.98)pg/mL和(59.83±4.64)pg/mL。三组IL-17和IL-35水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玫瑰糠疹急性期及恢复期存在IL-17和IL-35的表达失衡,可能在玫瑰糠疹的发病中起着一定的作用。 Objective To detect the serum level of IL-17 and IL-35 in patients with pityriasis rosea. Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were obtained from 30 patients with pityriasis rosea,30 patients at the recovery stage and 19 healthy human control. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EILISA) was performed to determine the level of IL-17 and IL-35 in sera. Results The levels of IL-17 of pityriasis rosea patients at active stage, recovery stage and healthy controls were( 30.64 ±10.12)pg/mL,(19.18 ±4.37) pg/mL and(9.98 ±2.78) pg/ml respectively, with significant differences among the three groups(P〈0.05). The levels of IL-35 of pityriasis rosea patients at active stage, recovery stage and healthy controls were(117.15 ± 12.56) pg/mL,(130.04± 10.98) pg/mL and(59.83 ± 4.64) pg/mL respectively,with significant differences among the three groups(P〈0.05). Conclusions The expression of IL-17 and IL-35 of pityriasis rosea patients at active stage and recovery stage are unbalanced, which may play a certain role in the pathogenesis of pityriasis rosea.
