基于OBE理念培养创新性化工专业人才

Training Innovative Talents of Chemical Engineering Based on OBE Mode

OBE理念是一种工程教育改革中的新理念,被国内外许多学校借鉴,取得了很好的效果。考虑到我校化学工程与工艺专业越来越不能满足社会发展对人才创新能力的需求,进行教学改革势在必行。本文从教师、教学内容及评价方法三方面提出改革方法,以供同行参考。

OBE is a new concept of engineering education reform,which is learned and adopted by many schools at home and abroad with good results.It＇s necessary to carry on the teaching reform in consideration of the fact that innovation ability of the students majoring in chemical engineering and technology in our school can＇t meet with the demand of social development.This article puts forward reform methods in three aspects of teachers,teaching content and evaluation for reference.
