摘要
随着高校教师考核评价制度改革的进一步深化,人才评价标准多元化、科学化的需求逐步增大,加上华东理工大学原有专业技术职务评价体系自身存在弊端,建立专业技术职务分类评价体系迫在眉睫。在广泛调研和立足实际的基础上,我校从分类体系、评聘程序、任职条件三方面制定了专业技术职务分类评价机制,以适应学校人才培养和发展的需要。
There are three main factors which make building the professional and technical position's evaluation systems at East China University of Science and Technology(ECUST)be urgent.First,performance review system in university is at the cusp of reform.Second,the need to evaluate talents by versatile and accurate ways is increasing.Third,some improvement needs to be done to fix the side effects of current evaluation system.On the basis of extensive surveys and practical situation,ECUST has formulated the classified evaluation mechanism of professional and technical positions from three aspects,classified system,hiring program criteria of position in order to meet the needs of personnel training and development at ECUST.
