摘要
本文通过开展锅炉热力计算、现场试验和技术调研,研究了干式除渣系统对锅炉性能的影响。研究结果显示:该系统的漏风率对排烟温度影响明显,基本上漏风率每增加1%排烟温度升高2℃;未发现干式除渣系统有提升燃烧效率的作用;干式除渣系统漏风率过大时明显提升锅炉高温级受热面壁温和减温水量。本文所开展的测试和调研发现干式除渣系统漏风率基本上大于1%,导致锅炉效率降低,并未起到节煤的成效;建议在锅炉性能考核的效率计算时,针对干式除渣系统的漏风率进行专项修正。
Through thermal calculation, experimental studies and investigation for boilers, the effect of dry-type deslagging system on the thermal performance of boiler has been researched. The re- search results demonstrate 1 ) the leakage rate of the dry-type deslagging system has great influence on flue gas temperature, basically 1% increase in leakage rate corresponding to increase in flue gas temperature ; 2) dry-type deslagging system shows no help in improving combustion performance ; 3 the temperature of tubes of high temperature stage heating surfaces and the amount of spray water in- crease much when air leakage rate is too big. The air leakage rates of the dry-type deslagging sys- tems equipped for the objective boiler units are all above 1%, which causes the lower boiler thermal performance against the boilers adopting conventional wet-type deslaggi the dry-type deslagging system is not beneficial for coal saving. There ng system and illustrates that fore, it is recommended that the air leakage rate of dry-type deslagging system should be specially corrected when calculating boiler performance.
