摘要
新型低氮燃烧器具有高效、超低氮排放、防高温腐蚀的特点。针对国内某电厂1台350MW亚临界锅炉的氮氧化物排放浓度高的问题,采用了新型超低氮燃烧器对其燃烧器系统进行了改造。改造前,锅炉主、再热蒸汽参数均较设计值低20℃;改造后,在保证锅炉主、再热器汽温达到设计值的同时,NOx排放大幅降低到160mg/Nm^3,同时炉内着火燃烧稳定,锅炉燃烧效率高,燃烧器区域硫化氢含量低,锅炉及燃烧器无结渣现象。
The new lower-NOx burner has the characteristic of stable combustion, high combustion efficiency, low NOx emission and high-temperature corrosion. The new lower-NOx burner technology has been applied in 350MW Sub-critical boiler to solve the problem of high NOx eemission. The boiler runs safely and stablely, operation parametes have reached the design value, under full load condition,the lowest NOx emission is 160mg/Nm3.
