水红木的化学成分及抗氧化活性研究 被引量:4

A Study on Chemical Constituents and Antioxidant of Viburnum cyclindricum

摘要 采用Sephadex-LH20、RP-18、MCI和反相高效液相等多种色谱分离方法,从水红木(Viburnum cylindricum)枝叶的纯甲醇提取物中共分离得到20个已知化合物.根据理化性质,应用NMR和MS等波谱技术并结合参考文献,这些化合物分别鉴定为:1,3,6-三羟基-8-甲基蒽醌(1),山柰酚(2),山柰酚-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(3),3,5,3',4'-四羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮(4),香橙素(5),间苯三酚甲醚(6),4-羟基苯甲酸(7),2-甲氧基间苯三酚(8),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(9),对羟基桂皮酸(10),(E)-4-甲氧基肉桂醛(11),8-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基氧基)-9-羟基萘并[2,3-c]呋喃-1(3H)-酮(12),葡萄糖(13),橄榄脂素(14),落叶松树脂醇(15),七叶内酯(16),去氢二异丁香酚(17),(7S,8R)-4,5,9,9-四羟基-3-甲氧基-7,8-二氢苯并呋喃-1'-丙醇基新木脂素(18),丁香树脂醇(19),开环异落叶松树脂酚(20).其中化合物1,6~12和14首次从该植物中分离得到.采用DPPH法对化合物1~12和14~20进行了抗氧化活性评价,发现化合物1和6~11具有显著的抗氧化活性(EC50范围:1.6~22.5 mg/L). Twenty known compounds( 1-20) are isolated from the Et OAc extract of 100% methanol extract of Viburnum cyclindricum by using several chromatographic methods including Sephadex-LH20,RP-18,MCI,and HPLC. Based on the analysis of physicochemical properties,the spectrum techniques of NMR and MS,as well as reference,the structures were identified to be 1,3,6-trihydroxy-8-methylanthraquinine( 1),kamepferol( 2),kamepferol-3-O-β-D-gala-ctopyranoside( 3),3,5,3',4'-tetrahydroxy-7-methoxyflavone( 4),aromadendrin( 5),phloroglucinol monomethyl ether( 6),4-hydroxybenzoic acid( 7),2-methoxyphloroglucinol( 8),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid( 9),cinnamic acid( 10),( E)-4-methoxycinnamaldehyde( 11),8-( β-D-Glucopyranosyloxy)-9-hydroxynaphtho1[2,3-c]furan-1( 3 H)-one( 12),glucose( 13),olivol( 14),lariciresinol( 15),aesculetin( 16),dehydrodiisoeugenol( 17),cedrusin( 18),syringaresinol( 19),secoislolaricirosinol( 20). Compounds 1,6-12,and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time.The antioxidant activity of 1-12 and 14-20 was evaluated by using DPPH method,and it was found that compounds 1 and 6-11 exhibited significant antioxidant activity( EC50: 1. 6-22. 5 mg/L).
