摘要
微胶囊作为一种新型功能材料,被广泛运用到了药物、日化、食品、航空航天等领域.其中,针对不同的运用领域,微胶囊的力学性能要求不同.本文从微胶囊力学性能测试表征方法着手,详细介绍了各种表征技术的原理、运用范围,以及相关方法的局限性,并提出利用平行板流动小室快速表征单个微胶囊力学性能的可能性.最后,对测试技术未来的发展方向做出了简要的预测.
As a new type of functional material,microcapsule is widely used in medicine,cosmetic,food,aerospace and other fields. Different application fields require different mechanical properties of microcapsules. In this paper,the characterization techniques for mechanical properties of microcapsules were reviewed,including the principle of each technique,their application range and limitations. Additionally,a method of using a parallel plate flow chamber to efficiently characterize the mechanical properties of a single microcapsule is proposed.Finally,a prediction of the future development of testing technique is made.
