摘要 针对燃气阀响应时间测量问题,提出了利用激光照射燃气阀羽流,通过分析其光强变化情况来确定燃气阀响应特性的光学测量方法,基于该方法搭建了燃气阀单阀冷态测试试验台,开展了燃气阀启闭响应时间测量,获得了激光经羽流后光强信号变化曲线,通过对该信号进行带通滤波处理,实现了响应时间的快速非接触式测量,并与压强、推力等常规传感器测量结果进行对比,验证了光学测量方法的测量有效性,为燃气阀高动态特性测试提供了一种非接触式测量方法。 For response time measurement of gas valve,the optical method which uses laser to illuminate plume,analyze the light intensity variation,and determine response time was proposed.The measuring test-bed of single valve was designed and applied to measure the response time of opening and shutting of gas valve.The light intensity variation was obtained and analyzed by bandpass filtering,and the response time was measured rapidly and non-intrusively. Furthermore,the measurement validity of optical method is validated by comparing with the pressure and thrust sensor conventional measurements.It provides a non-intrusive method for high dynamic characteristic measurement for gas valves
