养筋解毒颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的研究

The Study of Treating Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy By the YangJinJieDu Granule

目的通过糖尿病大鼠灌胃养筋解毒颗粒,观察该供试品对于治疗糖尿病周围神经病变相关指标的疗效。方法将模型大鼠分为高(12 g/kg)、中(6g/kg)、低(3 g/kg)剂量组,阳性对照组、模型对照组,另取10只大鼠为正常对照组,给药8周,测定空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素水平、神经传导速度、血流变指标。结果给药后2～8周高中低剂量均能显著降低空腹血糖(P<0.01或P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,高剂量组在血脂、胰岛素水平、血流变、神经传导速度方面均具有极显著差异(P<0.01);低剂量组在提高神经传导速度、降低全血黏度试验中,与模型组比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论供试品显著改善血糖、血脂、提高神经传导速度,改善血流变指标。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the test in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy through the Yang Jin Jie Du granule. Methods It divided model rats into high（12 g/kg）, medium（6 g/kg）, low（3 g/kg） dosage group, positive group, model group and 10 for the normal group. Give drugs 8 weeks, observe the fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin levels, nerve conduction velocity, hemorrheology test. Results Between 2 and 8 weeks after taking the drug, the high, medium and low-dose can significantly reduce the fasting blood glucose（P〈 0.01 or P 《0.05）; High-dose in blood lipid, insulin levels, nerve conduction velocity, hemorrheology test, compared with model group, with significant difference（P 〈0.01）. In nerve conduction velocity test and the whole blood viscosity test, low-dose group compared with the model group, the difference is not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The Yang Jin Jie Du granule can significantly improve the fasting blood glucose, blood lipid, nerve conduction velocity and hemorrheology indexes.
