马克思再生产理论及其对扩大我国消费的当代价值 被引量:2

The Contemporary Value of Marx's Reproduction Theory to Expand China's Consumption

摘要 在梳理马克思再生产理论的基础上,将我国消费不足的原因归结为生产与消费的比例失衡;所有制关系和收入分配的偏离;流通组织化程度不高和基础设施建设落后;消费抑制的存在和消费结构的错配。促进我国消费,应从马克思再生产理论提出的生产、分配、交换、消费关系出发,在生产层面,增强供需匹配度,推动产业结构升级;分配层面,调整分配结构,提高居民收入水平;交换层面,优化流通结构,引领消费全面升级;消费层面,优化消费选择,促进居民消费增长。 On the basis of our country to the imbalance combing Marx's reproduction theory, we can attribute the lack of consumption in between production and consumption, the deviation of ownership and income distribution, the existence of consumer restraint and the mismatch of consumption structure. In order to promote China's consumption, we should learn from the production, distribution, exchange and consumption of Marx's reproduction theory. At the production level, we should increase the matching degree of supply and demand to promote the upgrading of industrial structure. At the distribution level, we should adjust the distribution structure to improve the income level of residents. At the exchange level, we should optimize the circulation structure to lead a comprehensive upgrade of consumption. At the consumption level, we should improve the consumption choices to promote the growth of household consumption.
