摘要
住房价格对居民消费的影响是我国现阶段经济发展面临的重要问题。本文基于我国35个大中城市2005年到2015年的面板数据,构建固定效应模型分析了住房价格对居民平均消费倾向的影响。结果显示住房价格上涨对居民消费抑制作用明显;住房价格对居民消费影响呈现地区差异性,经济较发达内陆中等城市受影响更大。研究结果为不同地区差异化房价调控政策的制定提供了依据。
The impact of housing price on residents" consumption is an important problem in China's current economic development. Based on the panel data of 35 large and medium-sized cities in China from 2005 to 2015, this paper builds a fixed-effect model to analyze the influence of housing price on the average consumption tendency of residents. The result shows that the increase of housing price has obvious effect on the consumption inhibition of residents; there are regional differences in the impact of housing prices on household consumption, and the more developed inland middle cities are affected more. The research results provide a basis for the development of differentiated housing price control policies in different regions.
