农村居民政治参与对人情支出影响研究

The Study on the Influence of Rural Residents' Political Participation on the Gift Expenditure

人情支出在我国居民消费结构中占据重要地位。本文以2014年中国家庭追踪调查农户样本为研究对象,利用倾向得分匹配和分位数回归研究了政治参与对农户家庭人情支出的影响。研究发现:农村居民参与政治生活对农户家庭人情支出有显著正向影响,政治参与对人情支出的影响随人情支出水平的提高先下降后上升,呈现出U型趋势,对低人情支出与高人情支出农户的影响更为显著。地区差异方面,东部地区政治参与变量对农户人情支出影响显著高于中、西部地区。除了农村居民政治参与行为外,农户家庭经济状况、社会网络等因素同样对农户人情支出有显著影响。

Gift expenditure in China＇s consumer structure occupies an important position. Based on the sample of China＇s Family Tracking Survey （CFPS） in 2014, this paper uses the Propensity Score Matching （PSM） method to solve the sample self-selection bias and uses the quantile regression model to analyze the impact of political participation on gift expenditure.The results show that rural residents＂ participation in political life has a significant positive impact on households＂ gift expenditure. The influence of political participation on the gift expenditure rises firstly and then decrease with the increase of human expenditure level, which shows the u- shaped trend, and it is more significant for the farmers with low and high gift expenditure. Besides, the influence of political participation on gift expenditure in east of China is higher than west and central of China. In addition to the rural residents of the political participation behavior, the farmer family economic situation, social network also have effects on farmer＇s gift expenditure.
