现代化经济体系研究述评

A Review of the Research on the Modern Economic System

文章主要从时代背景、内涵特征、基本要素、重大意义以及实现路径五个方面解读、梳理现代化经济体系建设问题。现代化经济体系建设的时代背景包括中国国情和国际发展趋势两个方面。内涵特征主要包括系统论和状态论,系统论认为现代化经济体系是一个系统;状态论认为现代化经济体系就是一种客观经济状态或结构。建设现代化经济体系的重大意义主要从中国发展面临的问题和对世界发展的意义进行分析,认为建设现代化经济体系有利于中国转变经济发展方式、优化发展结构、实现跨越性发展,更好应对社会主要矛盾变化带来的新困难和新挑战,是统筹国际国内、经济社会发展的必然要求。现代化经济体系的实现路径主要是从以党的十九大报告的论述为依据、政府与市场的关系和"系统论"角度进行论述。现代化经济体系研究不足主要体现为:对现代化经济体系概念的理解还停留在初始阶段,没有形成完整系统的解释;研究成果理论性阐述较多,缺乏量化分析;没有同世界其他国家建设现代化经济体系的经验做法进行对比分析。

Scholars mainly interpret the background of the times, the connotations, the essential elements, the great significance and the path of their realization from five aspects, and sort out the problems of the construction of a modern economic system. The era background of the construction of a modern economic system includes two aspects of China＇s national conditions and international development trends. The connotation characteristics mainly include ＂system theory＂ and ＂state theory＂. ＂System theory＂ considers modem economy system as a system. ＂State theory＂ considers modern economy system as an objective economic state or structure. The great significance of building a modern economic system is mainly analyzed from the problems China faces and the significance of world development. It is believed that building a modern economic system is conducive to transforming China＇s economic developmentmode, optimizing its development structure, achieving leapfrog development and better coping with social issues The new difficulties and new challenges brought about by the change in contradictions are the inevitable requirements for co-ordinating the development both at home and abroad as well as the country＇s economy and society. The path to achieve a modern economic system is mainly based on the exposition of the report of the 19th National Congress of the CPC, the relationship between the government and the market, and the perspective of ＂system theory.＂ The lack of research on the modern economic system mainly reflects as follows： the understanding of the concept of the modern economic system is still at the initial stage, and there is no complete system explanation; the theoretical results of the research are more and more, the lack of quantitative analysis; the lack of economic integration with other countries in the world in building a modern economic system Comparative analysis of the experience of practice.
