涡轮手机与传统凿骨劈冠法应用于下颌阻生智齿拔除的临床探讨

Clinical effect of high speed turbine handpiece and traditional bone chisel in the extration of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth

目的比较45°仰角冲击式气动手机与传统骨凿在拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床疗效。方法将650例下颌阻生智齿患者分成2组,对照组和实验各325例。对照组选择传统骨凿去骨分冠法拔除,实验组选择45°仰角冲击式气动手机去骨分冠法拔除,观察比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者的平均手术时间显著短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后疼痛程度、张口受限程度方面,实验组均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的干槽症等并发症的发生率显著低于对照(P<0.05)。结论高速涡轮钻手机法用于下颌阻生智齿拔除的临床效果显著优于传统骨凿去骨分冠法。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of dental high speed turbine handpiece and traditional bone chisel in the removal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods A total of 650 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were included. The patients were divided into two groups of 325. The traditional bone chisel was used in one group and high speed turbine handpiece applied in the other. The clinical effect was evaluated and compared. Results The average operating time in the handpiece group was significantly shorter than that in the chisel group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were less postoperative pain and opening limitation of mouth in the handpiece group than in the chisel group（ P 〈 0. 05）.The incidence of dry socket and other complications was significantly lower in the handpiece group than in the chisel group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the extration of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth,the high speed turbine handpiece is better than the traditional bone chisel.
