摘要
基于风幕理论构建了风幕集尘除尘系统,在煤矿综掘面进行粉尘防治试验来验证风幕集尘除尘系统的实用性和合理性。研究表明,射流出口条缝宽度应在5~19 mm,射流出口风速应在9~19 m/s,射流装置方可形成有效风幕;加装风幕后,司机位置处呼吸性粉尘由55.3 mg/m^3下降到了4.2 mg/m^3,全尘浓度由160.6 mg/m^3下降到了18.3 mg/m^3,集尘除尘效果非常明显。
Based on the wind curtain theory, the dust collecting and dust collecting system of wind curtain is built. The practicability and rationality of the dust collecting and dust collecting system of the wind curtain is verified by the dust control experiment on the fully mechanized mining face. The research shows that the jet exit slit width should be between 5 mm to 19 ram, the jet outlet wind speed should be between 19 ntis and jet device which can be effective in the 9 ntis installation of air curtain; the wind behind the driver, the position of respirable dust decreased from 55.3 mg/m3 to 4.2 mg/m3, the dust concentration decreased from 160.6 mg/m3 to 18.3 mg/m3, set the dust removal effect is very obvious.
