运输巷过煤线防瓦斯超限事故技术研究及应用

摘要 某矿21集中运输巷掘进过程中遇到一条煤线,煤线走向与巷道走向平行。为了防止放炮期间煤线瓦斯通过岩层涌入该巷道引起瓦斯超限,甚至瓦斯爆炸事故的发生,采取突出危险性预测方法先行,然后利用地质钻孔进行抽放瓦斯,过煤线期间利用排放孔排放瓦斯,并加强通风和放炮管理,制定了抽放管理、瓦斯排放措施、通风管理、放炮管理等现场安全措施。 A coal line was encountered in the excavation of the 21 concentration transportation lane of a mine. The direction of the coal line parallels the direction of the roadway. In order to prevent gas overrun and gas explosion accident during blasting and roadway driving, prediction method of outburst danger was taken firstly, then gas drainage was carried out by using geological boreholes, and discharge gas through vent hole during coal crossing, and strengthen ventilation and blasting management. Safety measures such as drainage management, gas emission measures, ventilation management and blasting management have been worked out.
