摩擦提升系统钢丝绳横向振动特性研究

摘要 考虑平衡钢丝绳对摩擦提升系统的影响,以双激励引起提升系统横向振动为研究对象,利用Hamilton原理建立长度随时间变化的提升钢丝绳横向振动动力学模型。基于有限差分法离散该模型方程。以某煤矿塔式多绳摩擦提升系统为工程背景,进行仿真和实验分析,研究平衡钢丝绳、刚度比对钢丝绳横向振动的影响。 Considering the impact of the balance of wire rope to the multi-rope friction hoisting system and the double excitation caused by transverse vibration system as the research object, Hamilton principle was applied to establish the variable length of steel rope transverse vibration dynamic model of multi-rope friction hoisting system. The finite difference method was used to discretize the partial differential equation to ordinary differential equation. The mine hoisting system was used to the example to analysis. The effect of balance rope and stiffness ratio on the transverse vibration of steel wire rope are analyzed.
