摘要
为提高恶劣、复杂采煤环境中数据传输的可靠性,实现采煤过程的数字化监控,以DSP为核心设计电牵引采煤机远程监控系统。采煤机主体设备布置分布式CAN总线,提高数据通信的抗干扰能力。采煤环境中分散I/O信号组建ZigBee无线传感网络,利用多主冗余的数传结构提高监控数据传输的可靠性。通信网络的可靠性设计有效确保采煤过程监测信号的完整性,便于实现对电牵引采煤机运行状态的远程集约化管理。
In order to improve reliability of data transmission in harsh and complicated coal mining environment, and realize the digital monitoring of coal mining process, electric haulage coal shearer remote monitoring system has been designed with DSP. Main equipment of coal miner layout distributed CAN bus, and it can improve the anti-jamming ability of data communication. ZigBee wireless sensor network is formed by dispersing the I/O signal in the coal mmmg environment reliability of the communication by using multi-master redundant digital structure. Reliability design of the communication network effectively ensures the integrity of monitoring process in coal mining process, and facilitates remote intensive management of electric haulage coal shearer.
