摘要
为了研究圆环链的疲劳失效情况的发生机理,利用有限元分析方法对圆环链的疲劳特性进行仿真分析,并将仿真分析结果与工程实验中的疲劳破坏情况进行了对比。结果表明:圆环链的最大应力和应变值发生在链环的弯臂与直臂的过渡位置和链条平环和立环连接的位置即链环的弯臂的圆弧内侧。最后提出了提高圆环链可靠性的相关措施。
The finite element analysis method is used to simulate the fatigue characteristics ot the ring chain to study the mechanism of the fatigue failure of the ring chain. And the result of simulation analysis is compared with the fatigue failure in the engineering experiment. The results show that the maximum stress and strain value of ring chain occur in the transition position between the bending arm and straight arm of the chain link and the position of the link between the flat and vertical ring of the chain that is the inner side of the circular arm of the bending arm of the chain ring. Finally, the relative measures to improve the reliability of the ring chain are put forward.
