摘要 基于频率响应分析提出一种新的轴承故障诊断方法。利用调试阶段测量得到的频率响应作为参考值,与具有2种故障类型的轴承所计算得到的频率响应作为对比,对2个测量量进行评估,并将故障轴承与正常轴承之间频率响应偏差作为故障诊断的指标。最后通过实验验证了该方法对于故障轴承诊断的有效性。 A new method for bearing fault diagnosis is proposed based on frequency response analysis. The frequency response obtained from the commissioning phase is used as a reference value and compared with the calculated frequency response of the bearings with two fault types,the two measurements are evaluated and -the frequency response deviation between the fault bearing and the normal bearing is taken as an indicator of the fault in fault bearing diagnosis is verified by experiments. diagnosis.
