摘要
采煤机作为目前我国煤矿主要开采设备,其安全性及稳定性使工作人员具有良好的工作环境及高效的开采效率,因此,采煤机的故障诊断及预测系统对于采煤过程的安全防护变得至关重要。模糊算法具有预测精度高、稳定性好等特点。结合模糊算法对采煤机的故障诊断预测系统进行模型建立,拓展模糊算法在我国煤炭产业中的应用范围。
Shearer as the main mining equipment in China's coal mines, its safety and stability so that staff have a good working environment and efficient mining efficiency. Shearer fault diagnosis and prediction systems are critical to the safety of the coal mining process. Fuzzy algorithm with high prediction accuracy, good stability and so on. The fuzzy algorithm is applied to the fault diagnosis and prediction system of the coal winning machine to establish the model and expand the application range of the fuzzy algorithm in China's coal industry.
