摘要 为实现井下管网供水的经济性、可靠性和可控性,设计以S3C2410为核心的软PLC从站系统。从站实现PLC的基本功能,配置以太网与中控计算机交互,利用ZigBee通信在线检测分散管网压力和流量信号。从站功能依靠植入的Linux系统和RTAI内核,由任务中断和调度优先级实现井下管网供水监控、冗余调度和故障诊断。系统软PLC具有良好的可扩展性,通过周期性监控优化ZigBee功耗,改进故障判定策略,适于井下管网供水监控和管理。 In order to realize the economy, reliability and controllability of mine water supply network, soft PLC slave system with S3C2410 has been designed. Slave station achieves the basic functions of PLC, interacts control computer with Ethernet, and online monitors distributed pipe pressure and flow signals with ZigBee. Slave function relies on Linux system and RTAI, and has achieved mine water supply monitoring, redundant scheduling and fault diagnosis by task disruption and scheduling priority. Soft PLC has good scalability, through the periodic monitoring to optimize ZigBee power consumption. System has improved the strategy to determine fault, and it suits for mine water supply monitoring and management.
