摘要
对于双滚筒采煤机摇臂的强度和稳定性问题,分析了摇臂在正常工况下的受力和计算方法,然后利用ABAQUS软件研究了摇臂在给定条件下的Mises应力和位移分布,指出调高机构处销轴与销孔的接触位置存在应力集中,应重点加强监测和防护。针对摇臂在动力学状态下可能发生的共振问题,分析了其前6阶模态振型和特点,提出了摇臂强度和稳定性的增强方案。研究成果对摇臂的设计和维护具有积极参考意义。
For the strength and stability of the rocker of the double drum shearer,analyzed the force and calculation method of the rocker arm under normal working conditions,and then uses ABAQUS software to study the Mises stress and displacement distribution,pointed out that the height adjustment mechanism of the pin and pin. hole contact location there is stress concentration,should focus on strengthening the monitoring and protection. For the resonant problem that may occur in the dynamic state of the rocker arm,the first 6 modes of mode and its characteristics are analyzed,and the enhancement scheme of rocker strength and stability was proposed. The research results have a positive reference significance for the design and maintenance of rocker arm.
