标准浮选精煤产率曲线是评价不同煤泥浮选工艺效果的关键。对3种获取标准浮选精煤产率曲线的实验方法进行了介绍,通过实验对3种试验方法所得实验结果标准浮选精煤产率曲线的准确程度进行比对,对3种试验方法的实验室可重复性进行验证。释放评价试验方法对疏水性好的煤泥选择性不佳,且实验可重复性较差;顺序评价试验方法有较好的选择性,但可重复性较差;分步释放试验方法有较好的选择性,且可重复性好。

The key to evaluate the efficiency of flotation process is obtaining the standard flotation yield curve. Three kinds of experimental flotation methods to obtain the clean coal yield curve are introduced, the results of three kinds of experimental methods are compared to verify their accuracy and repeatability. The release evaluation method shows not-well selectivity for slime with good hydrophobic and poor repeatability; the sequential evaluation method has better selectivity than others but poor at repeatability; the progressive release method show good selectivity and repeatability.
