摘要 乏汽吸收式热泵能够有效回收汽轮机排汽余热提高机组热效率和供热能力。以新疆地区某电厂350 MW空冷供热机组为例,分析了热网水入口温度对热泵机组性能的影响,对比了吸收式热泵供热和抽汽供热的热经济性。结果表明:随着热网水进口温度的升高,热泵机组的制热量和回收乏汽的余热量呈现出线性下降的趋势,热泵的热力系数也随热网水进口温度的升高而减小。增加乏汽吸收式热泵后,系统发电热效率得到了提高;发电热耗率和发电标准煤耗率有所下降。 The exhaust steam absorption heat pump can effectively recover the waste heat of the exhaust steam generated by turbines, and the thermal efficiency and heat supply capacity of the unit could be improved a lot. Taking a 350 MW direct air-cooling heating supply power units as example, the influence of inlet temperature of heat supply network on the performance of heat pump unit is analyzed, and thermal economic performance was compared between heat supply model of absorption heat pump and extraction steam heating respectively. Results show that with the increase of the inlet temperature of the heat supply network, the heat capacity of the heat pump unit and the waste heat recovered from the exhaust steam decrease linearly, and the thermal coefficient of the heat pump also decreases with the increase of the inlet temperature of the heat supply network. After the exhaust steam absorption heat pump is added, the heating efficiency of the system is improved, heat consumption rate and the standard coal consumption rate of the power generation are decreased.
