循证护理对尿毒症血液透析患者营养状况、心理及生活质量的影响

INFLUENCE OF EVIDENCE BASED NURSING ON NUTRITIONAL STATUS,PSYCHOLOGY AND LIFE QUALITY IN PATIENTS WITH UREMIC HEMODIALYSIS

目的探讨循证护理对尿毒症血液透析患者营养状况、心理及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2014年12月—2015年12月尿毒症血液透析患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为二组,对照组患者45例实施常规护理,观察组患者45例实施循证护理,于护理前后行营养指标检测、心理状况评分、生活质量评分,比较二组患者的并发症。结果护理后,二组患者营养指标(前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白)、生活质量评分增加(P<0.05)。二组患者SAS评分、SDS评分降低(P<0.05)。观察组患者营养指标(前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血红蛋白)、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者SAS评分、SDS评分、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理有助于改善尿毒症血液透析患者的营养状况和心理状况,并提高其生活质量和安全性。

Objective To investigate the influence of evidence based nursing on nutritional status,psychology and life quality in patients with uremic hemodialysis.Methods Ninty patients with uremic hemodialysis were selected in author′s hospital from December 2014 to December 2015,who were divided into two groups by random digital table method.Forty-five patients received routine nursing were as control group,while the other forty-five patients received evidence based nursing as observation group.Detection of nutritional indexes,psychological status score and life quality score finished before and after nursing.Complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,nutritional indexes（prealbumin,albumin,transferrin,hemoglobin）,life quality score（role function,emotional function,social function,physical function,general health status）increased in two groups（P〈0.05）,but SAS score and SDS score decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）.Nutritional indexes（prealbumin,albumin,transferrin,hemoglobin）,life quality score（role function,emotional function,social function,physical function,general health status）in observation group were higher than control group（P〈0.05）.SAS score,SDS score,complication rate in observation group were lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Evidence based nursing can improve nutritional status and psychological status in patients with uremic hemodialysis,which can also improve life quality and safety.
