顾客参与的电子商务全过程服务质量评价体系研究

摘要 随着现代电子商务的快速发展,现行电子商务服务质量评价体系未突出顾客参与、顾客感知等特点。因此,本文通过顾客参与的电子商务全过程服务质量评价体系需求分析,提出了顾客参与的电子商务全过程服务质量评价体系的构建原则,获取顾客参与的电子商务全过程服务质量评价体系的技术路线,在理论和实践方面具有基础性和前沿性。
