吹砂填海地区排水管网设计优化

摘要 针对吹砂填海的地质特点,结合首钢京唐公司一期排水管网建设的经验和教训,对二期排水管网建设进行了设计优化研究。二期排水管道采用PE管道,连接方式为热熔焊接,解决了管道接口渗漏的问题,并根据管道埋深采用不同等级的管道。设计出一种带翼环整体式管件的井室与管道的连接方法,解决了PE管道与井室密封不严的问题。在局部排热水的地方设置伸缩节井室取代排水检查井,既可以调节PE管道因热胀冷缩产生的位移,还具有临时替代排水检查井的作用。根据地质条件,综合考虑经济及技术因素,采用注浆的方法对排水检查井基础进行加固处理。并对后续管网施工建设及运行维护提出了建议措施。 According to the geological characteristics of blowing sand reclamation and combined the experience and lessons of Jingtang first stage drainage pipe network construction, the design of the second stage drainage pipe network construction have been optimized. The second stage drainagepipeline used the PE pipe and the interface connection mode was hot-meh welding. Thus, the problems of pipe connection leakage were solved, and different pipe grades in the light of depth were able to work. A method to connect the inspection well and pipeline was developed, which solved the problem that the PE pipeline and the inspection well failed to seal tightly. The expansion joint chamber was set to replace the drainage inspection well in the area of hot water. It could not only adjust the PE pipeline duo to the displacement of expansion and contraction but play a role of a temporary replacement drainage inspection. Based on the geological conditions and considered the economic and technical factors, the grouting method was adapt to reinforce the foundation of the drainage inspection. Some suggestions were put forward for further construction and operation maintenance of pipeline network.
