带钢表面块状斑痕缺陷研究

摘要 针对迁钢公司1580生产线带钢表面出现大面积块状斑痕缺陷的问题,对迁钢公司1580生产线和2160生产线各项影响因素进行了系统分析,并与首钢京唐公司2250生产线进行对比。结果表明,机架间直接冷却水水质过硬是造成迁钢公司1580生产线带钢表面块状斑痕缺陷率高的直接原因。将机架问直接冷却水水质硬度控制在500mg/L以下,带钢表面块状斑痕缺陷发生率显著降低。 Aiming at the massive block scar defects of the strip surface in 1580 production line in Qiangang, various influencing factors of the defects in 1580 and 2160 production line were analyzed, in compared with those in 2250 production line in Shougang Jingtang. The results showed that high hardness of interstand cooling water was the direct reason. By controlling the hardness of interstand cooling water under 500 mg/L, the block scar defects of the strip surface were significantly reduced.
