摘要
介绍了乳化液的功能、使用原则及常见问题,分析了带钢表面形成乳化液残留的原因。结果表明,带钢表面的锈蚀是形成乳化液残留的直接原因。采取降低乳化液喷射流量、降低轧制速度、增加擦拭辊压力以及增设风机等措施后,带钢表面乳化液残留问题明显改善,乳化液残留面积明显减少,出现乳化液残留的比例降至4.5%以下。
The function, application principle and common problems of emulsion were introduced, and the reason for forming emulsion residue on strip surface was analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion on the strip surface was the direct cause of emulsion residue. By reducing the emulsion injection flow rate, making speed slowdown , increasing after wiping roller pressure, setting the additional fans and so on, the problem of strip surface emulsion residue was improved significantly, emulsion residue area was significantly reduced, and the ratio of emulsion residue was below 4.5%.
