摘要
以首钢京唐公司冷轧厂连退生产线平整机工作辊和带钢为研究对象,探索辊径配合对L翘的影响。建立了工作辊与带钢的有限元模型,对2种辊径配合轧制带钢进行了仿真模拟。结果表明,将小辊径的轧辊用于上辊、大辊径轧辊用于下辊时,可防止带钢出现向上翘曲问题。将此方法应用于平整机配辊实践,效果良好。
Taken the skin pass mill working rolls of continuous annealing line at cold rolling mill and strip steel of Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co. Ltd as the research objects, the influence of roller diameter fitting on the L warping is studied. The finite element model of the work roll and strip is established and analog simulation on two roller diameters fitting on the strip rolling process worked. The results show that the problem of strip upward warping can be solved with the method of small diameter rollers on the upper rolls and large diameter rollers on the bottom rolls. This improvement is used in the practice of fitting rollers to the skin pass mill, and the sound achievement is obtained.
